Maintenance and Custodial Technical Supervisor
The primary duties of the Facility Maintenance Technical Supervisor are the upkeep of the Epic Center building, equipment, and grounds including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, kitchen equipment repair, event setup/tear down, and facility cleanliness. Under the Epic Center Director’s direction, the Maintenance and Custodial Technical Supervisor completes daily assigned work orders and assists other Building Partners in completing maintenance and repairs, daily cleaning, and event set up/break down. The Maintenance and Custodial Technical Supervisor position is a full-time, hourly position that is largely self-directed, one must provide excellent customer service, and communicate well.

Custodian
The Custodian will maintain cleanliness within the Epic Center common areas and Building Partner suites. Under the Maintenance and Custodial Technical Supervisor’s direction, the Custodian completes daily assigned work orders and assists other Building Partners in completing scheduled and contracted scope of work. The Custodian position is an hourly, part-time position that largely works alone, but one that must provide excellent customer service and communicate well.
