Please read our submission guidelines:

  • Membership: Only active ACGK Members in good standing may submit events to the calendar.
  • Location: Your organization must be located within the Greater Kalamazoo area. Unfortunately, we cannot list organizations in locations at this time.
  • We reserve the right to edit graphic images and submissions for grammar, style, and accuracy.

The Community Box Office Hours:

The Community Box Office is open Tuesday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm, with a lunch break between 2–3 pm. You may contact the box office at: 269.250.6984.

ACGK Office Hours:

ACGK offices are open Tuesday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Masks are required for in-person visits and social distancing measures are in effect. Virtual meetings are also available.
