Kalamazoo Kids in Tune

Kalamazoo Kids in Tune is an after-school orchestra and youth development program offered by Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra, in partnership with Kalamazoo Public Schools, that brings children in 3rd-12th grade together through the study of music.

The program is committed to eliminating barriers of cost and access associated with long-term music study. All programming is free to participants. KKIT is entering its 10th year this fall. Under the leadership of Donielle Hetrick, KSO Afterschool Program Manager, and Ben Gudbrandson, KKIT Artistic Director, the program is growing and thriving.
