Legends of the West

Many painters and writers of the 19th-century cited the American West as their inspiration. In short order, the West began to symbolize the American identity of rough and rugged individualism for those willing to face new challenges. It is with that sentiment the Kalamazoo Concert Band opens their 2022-2023 season. So, whether you were born to ride or not, grab your hobbyhorse and mosey on over to Chenery corral for a rootin’-tootin’ good time! You’ll be home on the range and an old cowhand before you know it.
