Buenos Aires-born pianist, composer, and arranger Pablo Ziegler performed in Astor Piazzolla’s legendary quintet for over a decade. A tango master, he also led his own groups for over 20 years, refining and reimagining the modern tango tradition.

Ziegler is one of the most important figures in Argentine nuevo tango, the vibrant musical hybrid of classic tango, American jazz, and European art music. In 2018, The Pablo Ziegler Trio won a Grammy for Best Latin Jazz Album, marking the first ever nuevo tango release to win a major Grammy.
