Call for artists for Kalamazoo Nature Center’s annual Buy Local Art & Gift Fair held December 2nd from 5:30pm to 8pm and on December 3rd from 9a-4pm
KNC’s Buy Local Art & Gift Fair is back with unique booths from top local artisans. The quality and variety of work, friendly artists, and festive atmosphere have made KNC’s Buy Local Art & Gift Fair an annual tradition you don’t want to miss! This celebration of local artists and goods inspired by nature takes place Friday December 2 from 5:30pm-8pm and Saturday December 3 from 9am-4pm Artists can apply online by September 30.

The event on Friday 12/2 is for Kalamazoo Nature Center Members only. Saturday December 3 is open to the public with free admission. Artists are selected for participation based on the diversity and quality of work they bring to the Fair. Work must be of the artist’s original concept, design, and execution. Categories may include, but are not limited to, printmaking, painting, photography, fiber arts, art glass, jewelry, ceramics, woodworking, sculpture, fair trade products, and licensed food items. No franchises, please.
