Bayati Ensemble & Kalamazoo College Singers Concert

The Bayati Ensemble is a joint student-community chamber orchestra that performs a range of musical styles from Arabic, Kurdish, Turkish, and related traditions. The College Singers, directed by Chris Ludwa, will join the Bayati Group to provide some folk songs accompanied by the Bayati Group with culturally relevant instruments and tunes. This is a first of it’s kind concert in Kalamazoo and we hope that you will join us.
