One night, neighbors are aroused from sleep by a “succession of terrific shrieks” from the locked room of an apartment from which there is no apparent egress. Using his brilliant analytical mind, Monsieur Dupin employs his now-famous method of ratiocination to point out the obvious things that the police have overlooked to help solve this heinous crime.
Adapted by Ronald Centers from the classic story by Edgar Allan Poe.
Directed by Larry Long and produced by Rick Fontaine.
