In keeping with the theme, several of the musical selections will be about teaching while others will explore the more ephemeral qualities of time. Sometimes whimsical and sometimes poignant, the program is a delightful mix of music guaranteed to put a smile on your face, a song in your heart, and perhaps a bit of melancholy in your soul as you consider the fleeting quality of time. Reflecting on his time as an educator, Tom recalls the words of Dr. Seuss: How did it get so late so soon? Its night before its afternoon. December is here before its June. My goodness how the time has flewn. How did it get so late so soon? To hear and experience this concert, you’ll have to be in attendance in Dalton Theatre at 7:30 on Friday, February 9th.
