Free Noon ARTbreak Talk: Murphy Darden

A man who has spent most of his life collecting and preserving items that tell the long, rich history of African Americans, Murphy Darden has also preserved moments in Kalamazoo history and memories from his childhood, many of which will be on view at the Kalamazoo Valley Museum (KVM) from October 12, 2019 March 29, 2020. Tammy Barnes, Assistant Director of Material Culture at KVM, will be here to discuss this exhibit.
