David Elhart …… Artist I am retired after forty years of international and domestic service within the scientific community. I have been involved in the development and production of biomedical research models and diagnostic devices, in the United States and Japan. I received formal art training in Technical, Commercial, and Fine Art, at The Bradley Technical Institute and Layton School of Art, both in Milwaukee, WI., and, at The College of Fine Arts at The University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA. Also, I received training in ceramics at the KIA in Kalamazoo, MI. I have been privileged to have shown my art work at the 2014 Invitational Parallax International Art Fair in London, UK. I am also a Resident Artist at Saugatuck Artists Collective in Saugatuck, MI. I have gifted obligatory works to Fellows with private collections in Rome and Paris. I am also active in local and regional art events through invitations and collaboration with The Arts Council of the Greater Kalamazoo Area.
