at Bronson Park

Symphonic music is a part of everyday life throughout our community. The mission of the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra (KSO) is to serve our community through outstanding musical listening and learning experiences. Join us in one of Kalamazoo’s long-standing traditions in an evening of outdoor music for this free concert with the KSO!

Concerts in the Park is a program of the Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoo, with support from the Irving S. Gilmore Foundation, Kzoo Parks, WMUK, Encore Magazine, and the Michigan Arts & Culture Council. It is one of Kalamazoo’s long-standing traditions offered Sundays in June, July, and August in Bronson Park delivering a unique offering, unlike any other. Each concert is free and is friendly for the entire family. Picnic meals, blankets, or lawn chairs are encouraged.

There is not a rain site for Concerts in the Park. If inclement weather is expected the concert may be canceled by 2 pm on that same day.

On-street parking is available all around the perimeter of the park. Additional parking is nearby at the South Street Parking Garage.
