KCC Concert Band Spring Concert

Presented by Kellogg Community College at Binda Performing Arts Center

The concert will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 5, at the Binda Performing Arts Center, 450 North Ave. in Battle Creek. The event is free and open to the public, though a freewill donation will be collected to support future arts initiatives at the College.

The KCC Concert Band, under the direction of Christopher Momcilovich, is dedicated to the performance of fine instrumental concert literature. The ensemble presents several concerts on campus and in the surrounding community each year.

About the Director
KCC Concert Band Director Christopher Momcilovich is also Director of Music at Battle Creek Public Schools. For more than 25 years, his primary instrument has been the trombone, primarily the bass trombone. He holds degrees from Western Michigan University and Bowling Green State University in Music Education and Teaching Artistry. In the summer, Momcilovich also directs the Post Band, a community ensemble that will be celebrating its 100th season in 2023.
