BONSAI PRESENTATION
Noon to 1 at the Vicksburg District Library
Baby bonsais and bonsai plants will be available for purchase

WOODBLOCK PRINTMAKING DEMONSTRATION
1:30 - 2:45 at 101 S. Main Street, Vicksburg
Charles Woodruff Coates will demonstrate the Japanese printmaking process that he mastered in Tokyo. One lucky audience member will take home the print he makes!

LEARN HOW TO PLAY "GO"
Drop in between 2 - 5 at 107 S. Main Street, Vicksburg
The Kalamazoo Go Club will be playing downtown. Drop by to learn how to play this 2500-year-old strategy game.  The Kalamazoo club will also be hosting a Go Tournament on October 1!

MANGA DRAWING WORKSHOPS

Michiko Yoshimoto from the Soga Japan Center at WMU will teach us how to roll sushi. If you'd like to try it out, the fee is $5 for ingredients. Register at www.vicksburgarts.com. If you just want to observe in the audience, no fee required--just drop by. (There might be a little left over for you to try!)
