ART AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

We live in a digital world and digital technology has impacted many artistic categories including paintings, literature, drawings, sculpture, and music composition. New forms of digital artwork including net art, installation art, and virtual reality art have all become recognized artistic practices. Digital technology has afforded artists the opportunity to expand their creativity like no other time in history.

Art Hop will celebrate artists who employ digital technology to create their beautiful artworks. It’s all happening in downtown Kalamazoo, Friday, September 2, 2022, from 5 to 8 pm.
