The art of glass blowing originated about 2,000 years ago. In many ways, the tools and techniques used today are the same ones used thousands of years ago. In this 4-day glass blowing camp, students will learn the tools, equipment, and basic techniques to form blown glass as they work collaboratively with their peers. Additionally, students will be introduced to the scientific concepts that have shaped modern glass making and the history of glass art and craft in America.

Suitable for ages between 12-18. No previous experience necessary.
