Got some pretty papers that need a purpose? Want to experiment with color and pattern? In a creative rut and need a boost? If you answered yes to one of these questions, or all three, then you’ve found a class that fits the bill. Using your own decorative papers or pre-printed scrapbook paper, we’ll channel the circles and grids of Wassily Kandinsky and bring new life to old work. Exploring the relationships of colors and textures can result in work with greater depth and interest. This work can be used for cards, collage, or creative journal entries.

Supplies needed: decorative papers, glue stick, substrate for collage (can be heavy card stock, watercolor paper or even your creative journal, 9” x 12” or larger), pencil, ruler, scissors, and your favorite mark makers like markers, water-soluble pencils, crayons, ink, etc.
