Talking Transformation: Building a Speakers Bureau to Lead a Conversation on Change

In this session, the Nellie Mae Education Foundation, the Alliance of Rhode Island Southeast Asians for Education (ARISE), and Solomon McCown & Cence will show non-profit communicators how to build a cadre of ambassadors who share their stories while also advancing an organization’s overarching mission. This session will consist of a short presentation discussing how Nellie Mae used this comprehensive strategy to amplify the voices of its grantees in leading a conversation around equity and inclusion in education, student-centered learning, and college and career readiness.
