Art of Memoir Creative Writing Workshop

This intensive six-session, five month workshop covers story structure, voice, the creative process, and much more.

No prior experience is required, but you will be writing and we will be workshopping our stories in six classes from August 22nd to December 12th*. The goal is to complete a story or chapter that will set you on course to finish your memoir or reach your writing goal. The first six registrants will also receive a 30 minute one-on-one session with our instructor, Leeanne Seaver.

*Classes are Thursdays, 10:30-noon on 8/22, 9/26, 10/24, 11/7 and 11/21. Our last class is Thursday 12/12 from 6:30 - 8 pm and includes a reception and reading from your work for invited friends and family.

About our Instructor: Leeanne Seaver is a writer, ghostwriter and photographer. After 25 years in broadcasting, her focus shifted serendipitously to writing full-time. Her book commissions have ranged from medical to memoir, as well as writings in travel and special interest genres. Learn more about Leeanne at https://seavercreative.com.
