Kit Paulson, a nationally known lamp working artist, will spend her residency creating abstract sculptural pieces utilizing classic lamp working techniques.
In addition to creating her body of work, Kit will present an artist talk centering on her unique perspective in sculptural lamp working on Wednesday, April 3 from 6-7pm at Glass Art Kalamazoo. The artist talk is open to the public and Free to attend with RSVP.
Paulson will wrap up her residency with a demonstration during Art Hop on Friday, April 5 from 5-9pm and by creating an exhibition of glass works to share with the Kalamazoo community. Paulson’s work will be on display at Glass Art Kalamazoo from April 5 – April 30.
