KIA members are invited to join Art League. Dues are $40 and entitle members to free lectures and discounts on trips and special events. Lectures are free for Art League members, $10 for KIA members, $12 for non-members, and $3 for students.

Muralist and educator Hubert Massey's bold, vibrant images can be spotted throughout Detroit and Michigan. An award-winning Kresge Fine Arts Fellow, his fresco mural grace the halls of the Flint Institute of Arts, Detroit Athletic Club, and his alma mater, Grand Valley State University, where he earned an honorary doctorate of fine arts. He studies at the University of London's Slade Institute for Fine Arts and learned the centuries-old fresco techniques from former assistants of legendary artist Diego Rivera.
