Examine the rise, demise, and contested resurgence of the city of Detroit through the lens of African-American mail carrier Wendell Watkins and the community he has served for 30 years. Filmmaker Pamela Sporn will be here for a discussion after the screening. This event is co-organized and supported by the KIA, the Black Arts and Cultural Center, and the Arcus Center for Social Justice Leadership at Kalamazoo College.
