VOCES8 is an internationally renowned vocal group that has a rigorous global performance schedule each season, reaching over 100,000 people with their public performances and workshops. Hailed as one of the top performing ensembles in the world, VOCES8 is also incredibly passionate about music education and is the flagship ensemble for The VCM Foundation, a British choral music charity dedicated to inspiring through music. Paul Smith is the co-founder of VOCES8 and now works full time as the CEO of The VCM Foundation, spreading his innovative music education method, The VOCES8 Method. As Paul, VCM, and VOCES8 continued to expand their work in the United States, we have successfully established a new United States 501(c)(3) nonprofit, VCM USA, to support their work. VCM USA promotes and supports all VCM Foundation brands (Paul Smith, VOCES8, and their second professional ensemble Apollo5), as well as runs its own music education initiatives such as the VOCES8 US Scholars.
