This event will feature Taiko (Japanese) Drumming presented by artist, Ken Koshio, native of Nagoya, Japan.  Assisting Ken will be Carolyn Koebel, Kalamazoo College instructor and local “world percussionist”.  Ken’s musical programs contain a variety of instrumentation and voice that will resonate with all individuals and all things in the universe.  He uses the rhythm of Taiko to co-exist in the universe through the synergy of our human heartbeats.  Ken and Carolyn will join together to provide an afternoon of energizing and calming music.
