The festival is a juried competition for filmmakers telling engaging stories with limited budgets.

Screenings will begin at noon and will be showing in four theaters on the second floor of the Epic Center. Film categories this year include long feature, short feature, documentary/profile, microcam, and animation.

Awards will be presented at the end of the night.
