Thu Aug 11: Unreeled Film Series : 3 Short Films by Kelly Wittenberg

Kelly Wittenberg is a Kalamazoo-based filmmaker and media artist, and assistant professor in the School of Communication at WMU, teaching digital video production and film studies. Enjoy three short films combining live action, found footage, and stop-motion animation, plus a sneak peek of a documentary in progress. The short films Human Heart (Overture), Totipotency, and Wind Horse use creative montage to explore abstract dimensions of the human condition. Kelly earned her BA in Art from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an MFA in Film from Syracuse University.

Beat those back to school blues and join the KIA for a night of FREE family friendly FUN while giving back!

We are teaming up with Communities In Schools of Kalamazoo and will be collecting donations for their CIS Kids' Closets.
Critical needs include: Shorts (Children's XS - XL and Adult S & M)
-Underwear (Children's XS - XL)
-Deodorant
-Hand/body lotion (men's & women's)
-Feminine hygiene items
