Calligrapher Jane Ewing of Grand Haven will give a special presentation about her recently published book at this monthly meeting of Pen Dragons Calligraphy Guild. In my calligraphy my response she provides a retrospective of her lettering art, transitions she made along the way, and her responses to the aesthetics of her work.

Pen Dragons Calligraphy Guild meets the last Tuesday of each month (except July, August, November, December) in the lower level of the Parchment Library. These monthly meetings are NOT classes but serve as an opportunity to meet others who share an interest in the art of beautiful handwriting. Discussion may center around a specific topic, and participants may share artwork they are working on, examples from classes or workshops they have taken, books, resources, events and other topics of interest.
