Presented by Ballet Arts Ensemble at Chenery Auditorium

Looking for family-friendly entertainment at an affordable price? Then join us when Ballet Arts Ensemble presents its
spring concert at Chenery Auditorium on Saturday, April 23, at 2 and 7 pm. Featuring everything from the drama of Swan
Lake to the humor of Too Many Tutus, the performance includes both classical ballet and contemporary dance.
Spring Concert 2016 opens with BAE members performing Swan Lake Act II with Dawnell Dryja and Christian Griggs-
Drane, guest artists from the Grand Rapids Ballet Company.
Following intermission, a delightful collection of mixed repertory works rounds out the concert, including:
? - Two dances performed by the Ballet Arts Contemporary Dance Company, choreographed by Director Georgie Reigel
? - A reprise of Cathleen Huling’s lovely, lyrical piece Rainbow
? - A pas de deux from Carmina Burana by Dawnell Dryja and Christian Griggs-Drane
? - The premiere of Too Many Tutus, choreographed by Cathleen Huling to music of George Gershwin

Miller Auditorium Box Office (269.387.2300). Reserved seats are affordably priced at $10 (advance purchase) and $14
(at the door). A special $8 group rate (advance purchase by April 22) is available for groups of 20 or more.
