Rick Powell is looking for an artist who has the skills to paint small flowers on an antique electric fan. This fan was made in 1899 and is made of cast iron with brass blades and a cage. The fan was originally adorned with a small border of flowers along the base. The required paint needed is oil-based. The specific color will be determined after the artist selection is made and the approximate size of the flower ring is 1/2"wide x 8" long. The attachment included shows a photo of the flower design that needs to be replicated.
