Kevin is a theatre director and teaching artist who specializes in new works, physical theatre, and socially engaged performance. Kevin holds a BA in Educational Theatre and an MA in Educational Studies from Western Michigan University and is published in the field of critical arts education. As a teaching artist, Kevin has worked with KRESA's Education for the Arts programs since 1999, teaching youth at over 10 program sites ranging from elementary to high school. In his work as the founding director of Shifting Forms, he has also led classes, workshops, and camps with the Kalamazoo Civic Theatre and other area non-profits. He is a founding member of two New York-based production companies and a freelance director, his work has been seen in New York and Philadelphia as well as West Michigan.
