I have been painting sporadically for about 24 years, beginning with my art schooling and on through all of life's interruptions and the beautiful timeline of raising my family. My subject matter has varied over the years, but I still find myself gravitating toward the landscape, the marketplaces, and lately, influenced by the beauty and history of the southern California coastline, I have focused much of my work on the old missions that speckle the landscape of California. I hope that I can bring out in my paintings the joy that I feel from these very special places.
