Cathy Jou has been practicing Chinese arts in many forms, one of
 which is Chinese knotting. She has more than 25 years of experience crafting Chinese
 knots and modernizing the techniques of this ancient art. All of her knotting projects are
 handcrafted through a delicate procedure and result in a beautiful, yet elegant design.
 Her exquisite work reflects a unique combination of talent, artistic design, and a
 selection of the finest materials. Over the years, she has taught at numerous summer
 camps at Kalamazoo Chinese School and other cultural events.
