Artist Bio: I am a local photo-representational painter that primarily uses acrylics. My subject matter varies from lake scenes and lighthouses to clouds, flowers, portraits and pets. I create to keep my art spirit at peace and sell to keep my credit card statements at existential balance.

Artist Statement: Amy Lou Gieschen-Thill is a local, professional acrylic figurative and landscape painter. Her work includes fog scenes, lighthouse and lake scenes, still-lifes, and nature inspired sketches. More recent work includes drawings from life of small man-made and/or nature found items that are often overlooked. Her current work has transitioned into sketches from and during her "walks through the woods." If you want to chat more, you'll likely find her on a trail, or looking up at the sky. Always look up.
