The Modern Painters Society
"MPS seeks to further the knowledge and love of painting for students on Western Michigan University’s campus, empower BFA students to gain confidence in their abilities as an artist, and provide opportunities to create connections in the art world."
The Modern Paitners Society is a group of WMU students as well as local artists who are very active within the Kalamazoo community. MPS has participated in Art Hops, local art fairs, artist speaking engagements and many volunteer opportunties.
