The City of Portage is a home rule municipality, governed in the Council/Manager form of government. The Parks Department coordinates the Summer Entertainment Series (SES). The performances take place at five cultural venues; the Overlander Bandshell, Celery Flats Historical Area, Hayloft Theatre, Celery Flats Amphitheater, and the Millennium Park Amphitheater. All venues are ADA accessible.
