The fourth Annual Westminster Art Festival is a juried exhibition of the visual arts on the theme: "The Earth Speaks..." Works accepted into the exhibit will visually show what the artist is "hearing" as she or he listens to the earth. Adult prizes are: 1st - $1000, 2nd - $500, People's Choice - $500, and Committee Prize - $200; Children and youth prizes will be awarded in 4 categories: high school, middle school, older elementary and younger elementary.
