Glass Art Kalamazoo’s popular Summer Glass Camp is going “virtual” this summer!
In this week long camp, students will explore the techniques of kiln fusing from the safety of their homes. The camp will cover the basics of glass cutting, shaping, fusing and beyond. Students will create multiple objects like sun catchers, bowls, etc. Additionally, students will be introduced to the scientific concepts that have shaped modern glass making and the history of glass art and craft in America.
No previous experience necessary! Suitable for ages between 9-18.
