The Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoo administers five grant programs for which individual artists, arts organizations, and non-profits may apply.

All granting cycles’ availability, deadlines, maximum ask amounts, and application release dates are subject to change. Eligibility for application is in a PDF with each grant. Most require an active membership with the Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoo.

Due to the recommendations in place because of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have designed our upcoming grant workshops to take place entirely online.

The Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoowill be conducting online grant workshops designed to illuminate the various grant programs housed at the Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoo as well as funding opportunities through the State of Michigan. Additionally, we want to be able to give you some tips and tricks to ensure a well-crafted and compelling grant request, techniques for framing your budget, and what information is valuable to us when you are reporting back about your projects.

This workshop is great for first-time grant applicants but will be helpful and informative to seasoned applicants as well.
