We welcome an intimate group of 60 people, youth and adults, to gather for a creatively faciltated program.

The purpose of this event is to explore the relationship between youth and law enforcement in an ongoing process and centers the experiences and voices of youth. This event is held with the understanding that adults will be there to chaperone, support youth, and will be able to engage as witnessing participants with a breakout designated for adults. We are not here to tailor youth responses into a solution, defend or judge people’s relationship to the police, justify the actions of law enforcement or youth, or explain to youth how they should interact with police. We are here to learn about how personal, familial, and cultural/societal experiences shape our narratives of the police.
