Taking the Stage

The course is designed to encourage imaginative journeys and provide a space for exploration through movement and improvisation. The program is process-based and focuses on developing acting and memorization abilities. Students are encouraged to explore their emotions and bring depth to their performances.

Throughout the course, students are taught the importance of character development, physicality, and vocal techniques. The program also emphasizes the significance of ensemble work, with students learning how to work cohesively in a group and support one another as they grow.

At the end of the course, families are invited to an informal sharing of the skills learned by the students. This sharing is a wonderful opportunity for students to showcase their talents while providing families with a glimpse into their child’s artistic growth.
