We offer this class to our expectant mothers who want to move around and have some fun!
This class allows expectant mothers to enjoy safe and good yoga and dance moves. In this class you will be involved in low impact hip balancing dance and stretching. After the great workout you will do a few breathing exercises and guided meditation! Oh and have some tea!
