Kellogg Community College’s new six-week Introduction to Fiction Writing Lifelong Learning class will teach you the process of fiction writing from initial concept to final draft submission.
You’ll learn healthy writing practices as well as strategies for the type of fiction you’re writing (short stories vs. novels, etc.). We’ll also cover fiction fundamentals, including outlining, plotting, character development, point-of-view and setting. When finished, you’ll have the tools to complete a story outline, begin your first draft, refine a final draft and start the submission process.
