Vicksburg Community Schools’ Concert & Artist Series will present 2012 Irving S. Gilmore Keyboard Festival Young Artist Award winner, Andrew Hsu, in the Vicksburg Performing Arts Center on Sunday, April 27, at 4:00 p.m.
