The Black Arts & Cultural Center believesengaging arts, culture and history are critical to a strong community. Our monthly film screenings and talk backs are a great way to do just that! To assist with continuing to provide these art and culture experiences, we are asking for a $5 suggested donation. Light refreshments served.   About the Movie Tony Harris takes a personal look at Baltimore's inner city and an education system that has failed black Americans.
