Drake Farmstead Preservation Celebration

Visitors can tour the 1880’s brick farmhouse and see the restoration in progress. The event will feature blacksmithing demonstrations, live music, old-fashioned games for kids, miniature horse display, bake sale and vendors. A new mural of the historic farmstead, created by local artist Conrad Kaufman, will be on display. Twenty-two feet in length, the mural will be permanently displayed in the timber frame barn to be built later this year.
