Summer festivals in Kalamazoo are a chance to explore a wide variety of arts, entertainment and cultures. For nearly 30 years the Black Arts Festival has shared African American art, culture and entertainment with the southwest Michigan area. Join Yolonda Lavender, Executive Director of the Black Arts and Cultural Center, to learn more about one of our community's longest-running summer celebrations.
