Art League, The Face of Greatness: Abraham Lincoln in Art and Photographs

KIA members are invited to join Art League. Dues are $40 and entitle members to free lectures and discounts on trips and special events. Lectures are free for Art League members, $10 for KIA members, $12 for non-members, and $3 for students.

Art historian Dr. Mark Pohlad engages audiences with the relationship between word and image, and shares ideas about the study of history of photography and American Art. Pohlad received an Excellence in Teaching Award from Chicago’s DePaul University, where he taught for more than 20 years (after teaching at Grand Valley State University). A first-generation college student, he received his PhD from the University of Delaware.
