The Gilmore welcomes Ukrainian pianist Illia Ovcharenko for a Rising Stars Series concert on Sunday, October 29 at 4 pm.
Winner of the 2022 Honens International Piano Competition, 21-year-old Ukrainian pianist Illia Ovcharenko has performed with leading orchestras and at music festivals around the world. In 2022, he won the New York International Piano Competition, and in 2021, was Laureate of the Busoni International Piano Competition and won the Michelangeli Prize at the Eppan International Piano Academy, both in Italy.
