Now that we’ve been back in a “new normal” work environment and with a new POS system in our stores, we’ve determined that our accounting department has excess capacity and we can provide accounting services to other small non-profits that may need services beyond quick books. If you’re affiliated with a small non-profit that has some grants that they need to report on, we’re probably a better choice than an accountant using quick books because we have quite a bit of experience working on federal, state, local, United Way, and private foundation grants and the reporting required for them.
Presently, we provide accounting services for the Kalamazoo Literacy Council, the Goodwill Association of Michigan, and the Kalamazoo Area Runners. Our capacity is during the 2nd and 3rd week of the month.
If you know of a non-profit that can potentially use our services, the next step would be to contact our CFO, Kelly Scott at firstname.lastname@example.org.
