7:30am-4:30pm M-F


Implements and coordinates Aesthetic Education Program (AEP) by performing the following duties:

-Administers AEP program

-Acts as contact person for school partners and Education for the Arts (EFA) teaching artists involved in EAP.

-Organizes/compiles assessments for the AEP Program

-Plans and implements introductory and advanced professional development for school partners and EFA teaching artists.

-Observes, provides feedback and evaluates EFA teaching artists.

-Researches and assists in contracting professional performing arts productions and visual arts exhibitions and the performance/exhibition space rental and tech personnel.

-Communicates with performing/visual art producers for production/exhibition details and marketing and educational information.

-Other duties as assigned


Master’s Degree or equivalent; four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Embraces and supports KRESA philosophies related to diversity, inclusiveness and anti-racism. Ability to interact effectively with individuals from a wide range of cultures. Ability to discuss cultural differences with colleagues and clients. Ability to assess one’s own strengths and limitations or challenges and integrate this understanding into interpersonal interactions.

Ability to select and develop appropriate methods, skills, and techniques attuned to people’s cultural, multicultural or marginal experiences in their environments. Ability to effectively employ multicultural approaches in resolving problems.
